Refund policy

If you're not completely happy with what you bought, you can contact us up to 30 days after getting your order and we'll look into returning or refunding it for you.

Returns

You can return the item back within 30 days of getting it. To be able to return it, the item has to be just like it was when you got it: not used, not changed, and with all the packaging and tags still on it. When you want to return something, we'll need the order number to make it happen.

• Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@valantana.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
3. Follow the provided instructions to send the item back to us.

Return Shipping Cost

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by us.
• All other returns (e.g., change of mind): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

When we get your returned item and check it out, You'll get your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.

Sale Items

If you buy something on sale, you can't get a refund. Also, if you order something custom or special, you can't cancel it or get a refund once it's been sent.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees are charged for returned items.

 When you're getting ready to finish your order, make sure to double check that your shipping details are correct. We can't be held responsible if there are problems with delivery because the address information you gave us was wrong or incomplete. It's really important to get this right so your order arrives safely and on time. Take a minute to review your shipping details carefully before you complete your order.
